This home renovation show sees HGTV regular Mike Holmes work with his children to help desperate homeowners.

The Holmes family searches for property owners who had a negative experience with their contractors. As such, they have had to live with the botched renovation jobs.

The series premiered about a year ago, on December 4^th, 2021. In its pilot episode, Mike, Sherry, and Michael Holmes traveled to a ranch to help a family who was scammed by a contractor that was hired to fix their basement.

After its debut episode, Holmes Family Rescue released twelve more episodes, raking up an impressive IMDB rating of 8.1/10.

Presently, fans are still waiting for the network to announce when the second season of the show will air.

However, judging from the previous season, we should expect it to drop sometime in December this year.
