In 2019, Beverly Fulkerson got an HGTV Dream Home package totaling to $2.3 million. This included the property with a mountain view, a brand-new car, and a quarter million cheque to subsidize the mortgage payments.

It was easily one of the most lucrative packages the show has given out to date. Beverly, who is a mother and granny of three, was born in Osgood, Indiana. She was fortunate enough to emerge victorious in a pool of 135 million contestants.

On the day of the announcement, Beverly thought that most of her family had gathered to celebrate her granddaughter’s academic achievements. Beverly was left absolutely stunned when HGTV host Tiffany Brooks emerged to tell her that she was a new homeowner. Beverly, a two-decade fan of the series, was left completely gobsmacked.

Beverly’s dream home was built in Big Mountain in Whitefish, Montana. From her house, she and her husband would be able to see the surrounding valley.
