You can easily find the entry points of the ants by following their trail. The trail from the ants will lead to gaps in the door and corners.
They can also build up nests around wall cavities. By sealing and blockading all the entry points, you make sure that none of the ants invade your home.
However, you still have to deal with the ants that have already invaded and are laying eggs in their nests inside your homes.
It is impossible to find every single crack in your living space. But you can just shut off the ant trails by following them and pouring boiling water into their nests.
Other important places to check are the frames and screens in the windows and doors. They might show signs of eroding wood and trail lines for ants.
Finally, another way to get rid of ants in the kitchen is to scan the exterior surface of their house and check if there are any ant trails in the vicinity.
