Tiffany Brooks is a native of Waukegan, Illinois. Her birth date is June 17, 1979, making her 42 years old as of 2021. Tiffany is the youngest offspring of Michael Moulton Sr. and Callie Guns. Additionally, she has two other siblings, both of whom are from Chicago as well.

Brooks and her siblings attended North Chicago Community High School. After high school, Tiffany decided to pursue a degree in Business Management.
